Amendment C149 to the Yarra Planning Scheme was exhibited in June and July 2012. We appeared at the Planning Panel in March 2013. The Panel has issued its report and most of the Council’s recommendations have been endorsed. The amendment proposes three new heritage precincts at Alphington East (affecting 206 places), Cole’s Paddock Estate, Richmond (162 places) and Wellington Street, Cremorne (167 places). We have made a submission in support.
