The C142 Amendment for Kew Residential Precincts seeks to apply a heritage overlay to the following areas: Clutha Estate Precinct, Denmark Street Precinct, High Street South Residential Precinct, Howard Street Precinct, Queen Street Precinct, Yarra Boulevard Precinct, and an extension to the heritage overlay in the existing Barry Street Precinct (HO143). We appeared in support of Council at the Planning Panel in November, and the Panel Report has been released endorsing most of the study’s recommendations. Council will now send the Amendment to the Minister for gazettal.
